CANCELLATION POLICY

~A 100% cancellation fee is applied immediately to the card on file for no show appointments  and 50% cancellation fee within 24 hours notice.

Your cancellation fee is equivalent to your service rate.

~Rescheduling is easy and can be done online up to 48 hours. If you cannot keep your appointment time, and need to reschedule for earlier or later on the day of your scheduled session, I will do my best to accommodate you at no additional charge. Appointments rescheduled under 48 hours beyond a week out from your original session date will result in a cancellation fee.

~If you are feeling sick, or are exhibiting symptoms of any kind, please notify me immediately. Waiting until the last minute will result in a late cancellation should you be unable to keep your session time. If you show up and you are exhibiting symptoms of illness *even if you think it's just allergies*, this will result in a cancellation. In the event I am ill, I will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule or refund your appointment.

SESSION DURATION

The duration of your scheduled time includes the time it takes to discuss your needs for the session, the time it takes you to undress and get situated on the table and the massage itself. If you are late or take an extended period of time to get on the table it is important to note that your session will still end at the scheduled time. This is to ensure an on-time start for clients scheduled after you. If it is by my fault that I am running behind, I will communicate clearly and make the necessary schedule adjustments.

ARRIVAL TIMES

Please arrive on time. Early arrivals of more than 15 mins may result in having to wait outside of the building. Late arrivals of 15 mins or more without communication will result in automatic cancellation and full charge of your appointment. 

HYGIENE AND STRONG ODORS/SCENTS

Please arrive at your appointment clean and free of strong odors and scents. In cases where hygiene is a concern or there is an over-whelming odor from perfume or cigarette smoke, I reserve the right to decline your treatment. 

CONTRAINDICATED CONDITIONS

Unfortunately, some medical conditions and medications are contraindicated for massage, or require treatment/pressure adjustment. Should you have one of these conditions or take one of these medications your session may be affected resulting in either cancellation or adjustment. This will be thoroughly discussed with you on a case by case basis. 

INCLEMENT WEATHER

In cases of inclement weather where driving safety is a concern, I will contact you directly to reschedule your appointment.

REFUNDS

In the event I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, your booking fee will be refunded or you can choose to have it applied to a rescheduled service. No refunds will be given for services rendered. Cancellations made prior to the 48hr window will be refunded.

PLEASE KEEP EMAIL AND NOTIFICATIONS ON as to avoid missing any important notifications about your upcoming sessions or important information and general changes. If you opt out, I will not be able to honor any missed communications and you will be charged the full fee.

PLEASE BE ADVISED I DO NOT WORK ON CHILDREN OR MINORS UNDER THE AGE OF 16. If you are seeking treatment for your child, please research a therapist that offers "pediatric massage."

RESPECT MASSAGE

No sexual or violent comments, references, jokes, advances, suggestions or any of the like will be tolerated. Should you choose to disrespect this on any level your session will be terminated, you will be immediately reported and the authorities will be called. I have a ZERO TOLERANCE for this kind of behavior.
